The house is very comfortable and spacious. Although the listing says it has three bathrooms, it actually has three en-suite bathrooms, another full bathroom, and a half bath. As mentioned in other reviews, the refrigerator doesn't cool anything; you had to use the freezer drawers as a refrigerator and the freezer separately for freezing.

A clothesline for towels and swimsuits in the pool (the one for clean clothes upstairs was broken and was for clean clothes!) Some coat racks, a hanger for bathroom towels, there was nowhere to leave them Some more kitchen utensils, cutting boards... THE FRIDGE DOES NOT COOL The double bed has a very uncomfortable mattress/bed base The folding bed is missing slats

Positive: Large and substantial villa in a good location. Plus for large outdoor area, outdoor grill, tennis court and parking spaces. Negative: Big problem that the older model fridge did not maintain a good enough temperature. The complaint about this was not upheld. The service man did not understand English. We had to freeze water bottles and put them in the fridge as cooling elements. The villa appears worn after many years of renting. Furniture and fittings are the same as when we rented it in 2009 and 2012.
