I can fully recommend this apartment. We love calpe, and costa blanca. Beautiful view, very nice, good standard place. (Very small remark: windows at the patio could be more clean). Rest was SUPER GOOD!

Plus: Top location and position, sea view, close to nice restaurants, clean interior. Two bathrooms are ideal. Spacious and light in design. The parking garage is easily accessible; the place itself (number 14) was very narrow. Contact with Interhome good! Minus: A bit dated, such as the glass wall and sun protection on the balcony (maintenance required). Outdoor area is a bit dusty. Kitchen is not very user-friendly. Swimming pool is largely in the shade during the day, which makes it chilly at the end of May.

The apartment is as shown in the photos at the foot of the Peñon. Large, bright, very well oriented. The equipment is high-end, it has a large balcony-terrace going all around the apartment with a view of the sea. Everything can be done on foot, 2 steps from the beach of La Fossa, also close to the port and its beach of Raco. It is 2 km from the city center of Calpe by the Passeig maritime Arenal. The Mercadona and Consum supermarkets are 3 minutes by car, the Spar is within walking distance.

The apartment fully corresponded to the description. The best part was the glazed sunny terraces with a wonderful view. Two comfortable bedrooms with excellent beds, narrow double beds and private bathrooms. The apartment has its own parking space with direct elevator access. Excellent location. Next to sandy beaches, Ifachin Hiking Trails and restaurants. Calpe old town within walking distance. We spent a sunny winter vacation in the summer heat with the weather favoring us.
