Great sea and promenade views. Beds are very good. We found the pillow too hard, but cushions from the couch were the solution. Some door handles and a metal roller blind needed repair and crockery could be neater. Furthermore, I had a great time renting a great place!

This was our 5th visit to Calpe so we knew about the great location. The rules to pool usage are very strict and not suitable for children and grandparents. Basically you can swim and then leave the pool area, no sunbathing on any furniture no inflatables in pool, no eating or drinking despite huge area to facilitate this without causing any problems. The accommodation is good despite being slightly old fashioned. On booking we are sure that a dishwasher was advertised but not available.

We have been 4 days and everything is very good. New and very clean apartment. The good mattresses and the terrace with spectacular sea views, you can hear the waves from the bed. Very good situation on the beach of la fossa.

In general all good: location, spaciousness, comfort, kitchenware and appliances, furniture. Disadvantages: garage difficult to access, the swing door does not work and you need the help of one or two people to hold it when entering or leaving. The terrace of one room could not be opened but it was fixed the next day, as well as the drain of a sink that ran out when the tap was turned on. General cleanliness leaves a little to be desired: frying pan with oil in the oven, dirty toilet ...

It is very well located, very close to the beach, the promenade and leisure areas. The apartment is spacious, with two very large terraces with spectacular views, a very well equipped kitchen with no lack of detail, the bathrooms very well with all new taps, the spacious living room with a large TV, two sofas and a large table and the well all bedrooms with their closets. It has been a wonderful experience and I would do it again. I recommend it.
