We booked a holiday villa for the first time and we really liked it. It is rather a house for 4 to max 6 people. Nice parking space behind a fence for the car. Beautiful sea view, close to all facilities and lots to do in the area. Around the house inhabited by permanent residents, had a wonderfully quiet time. Next year we are going back to Calpe but to a more luxurious home.

Staying with a family of four with two kids (1 and 3 years old). We are overall very pleased with our stay in the house. Good standard in everything and calm location. 15 min walk to a smaller nice beach. Keep in mind that is a hilly landscape. 7-8 minutes drive down do city center with supermarkets and the two bigger and central beaches. Not a walkable distans. A car is a must. Even though its four bedrooms I wouldn´t say its a house for 8 people seen to both inside and outside space

Villa very good apart from the air conditioning not working properly and ceiling fans would give no air in the rooms, horrible night due to the heat.

The description states that 3 bedrooms have air conditioning, but there are only 2 of which only 1 works well. Fins hang in the other 2 bedrooms. Furthermore, a very nice house super complete.

All very well!! The first day it smelled a bit musty, but we opened everything up and it aired out quickly. A nespresso type coffee maker or the typical Italian one would be missing, there is only a filter coffee maker. One of the beds too soft, the others perfect

Good rental overall, but the furniture needs to be refreshed (stained sofa, dirty box springs, etc.) On our arrival, we had to re-clean the coffee maker, dishes, washing machine, clogged shower sumps, etc. cleaning company and have an inventory carried out on arrival. Very calm environment but house difficult to find. Car essential.
