Outdoor shower, terrace, barbecue, parking on the premises. Grocery 3 km, supermarket 3 km, shopping centre 3 km, restaurant 200 m, sandy beach "Playa Arenal" 3.5 km. Sports harbour 5.8 km, marina 5.8 km, golf course 13.7 km. The house is very beautiful. Unfortunately, the dishwasher broke after 3 days and could not be repaired in the rest of the holiday period. The knobs on the grill were also defective, which were then provisionally repaired. Otherwise it was very nice in the 2 weeks.

We were unlucky enough to meet a group of young people next door who lived at night and slept during the day. They spent several nights singing, with loud music and making a ruckus until 8:30 in the morning. We had to call the police and we didn't even get them to shut up. The house is very cool but we couldn't rest.

The villa is very well located, in a quiet place where the wind is quite present and therefore refreshing. It is very well equipped although there is no air conditioning in all the bedrooms and the roller shutters are a bit tired. We had a great stay, we made the most of the swimming pool and the magnificent view of the Peñon d'Ifach. If we have the opportunity, we will return to this villa.
