1st impression the car park if you have a large vehicle to flee !!! Because the entrance to the car park is very narrow and the space allocated with this rental is not practical. There are problems with the garage door. The apartment was dirty with a strong smell. The air conditioning stank we couldn't use it and finally we had the visit of big cockroaches. Not worthy of a 4 star!!!

Upon arrival the apartment was not clean due to the lack of coordination between the rental company and the cleaning staff, they had to urgently call the cleaning staff to carry out the work. The apartment is magnificent, in its spaciousness and especially in its 360 degree views, where you can see the rock, the sea and the mountains in a privileged way. The only drawback is the elevator that is super slow, as well as the opening of the garage door that its response is very slow

Spacious and clean apartment with 360 degree views over the mountains, the Penon Ifach, the salt lake with flamingos and the sea. The apartment is a bit out of the way, but the beaches and the center can be reached within 15-30 minutes on foot.

We arrived Sunday. They indicated a place to collect keys and arrival instructions after perfect telephone attention. The same when we left, it was festive. Clean, very spacious and bright apartment with a terrace that alone is worth the stay (13th floor Views 360⁰ Rock, sea and mountains). Good pool and garage. It is not 1st line and if your goal is to be close to the beach it may not be the best location despite being relatively close. Supermarkets on the doorstep. To go without a doubt!

The cleaning was not well done, the doors dirty from handprints, the dirty bathroom, they should be more careful with cleaning since everything has to have an optimal disinfection due to covid-19. Cleaners only clean where you can see it and nothing else. There were also some flaws, the agency was notified and they corrected it very quickly, by the agency I give them a 10, but the cleaning team put them 0.

Spacious, well-appointed 13th floor apartment with huge terrace with sea and hill views. 10 minutes walk from beach. Large supermarkets very nearby. Communal swimming pool. Thoroughly recommended.

We felt very comfortable. The Interhome staff fixed minor defects very quickly. For longer stays, more dishes and cookware as well as kitchen utensils would have to be made available. Otherwise everything was ok and very clean.
