House well located with impressive views of the Rock and part of Calpe. The house urgently needs a change of image, that they paint it all and that they review the furniture in general. The doors are old and they sound everywhere... bathrooms with rust and very old toilets. Mention the danger of the barbecue (the hedge is in danger which is next to the fireplace). Good appliances and an area with hammocks and a great pool. The distance to the town and beach is quite correct. House cleaning is good

It is a beautiful and peaceful location with breathtaking views. Beautiful garden with swimming pool. It is a pity that there is no air conditioning. There is also not enough space on the terrace to eat or just enjoy with 8 people. There are also only 6 sun loungers, while there were 8 of us. The mattresses of the beds are way too hard (although we also have a hard mattress at home) so we couldn't sleep well.

This holiday, which we spent 14 days was just great. The house is located in a residential area where everything is clean but just a feast for the eyes. Absolute privacy, beautiful pool which has been cleaned and inspected 4 times, nice barbecue in the palm garden. Everywhere a short 5min.to the shop to the beach 10 to 15min.a beautiful walk. Sandy beaches clean gradual entry into the water well just a bomb. I can only warmly recommend to everyone. You will definitely not be bored in Calpe.

Old house not very well cared for, it needs a good coat of paint, quite obsolete decoration and very little cleaning, very empty pillows should be put in new ones, they had to be folded to notice that you had a pillow, attention by interhome quite good, exterior of the house without hardly lighting and the little that there are the burned out bulbs

The very practical house, equipped with everything we need. Beds and pillows a bit uncomfortable, but overall a nice experience. We are sure to repeat!

This villa is very well located near downtown and beach fully equipped magnificent view the only downside there is no oven in the kitchen otherwise everything is perfect I will come back top swimming pool !! I recommend this villa
