The positives: Very clean, well furnished, quiet. Portable air conditioning and fans available. Close to shops. Comfortable bedding. Plenty of storage and amenities. Pharmacy 10 meters away. The negatives: No iron, hairdryer, or large dining table as advertised. The view from the apartment is not pretty, popular and quiet neighborhood. Too bad there is no parking, parking is complicated. The smell of the Benicarlo factory
