Outside the resort, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position, along the wooded area, 35 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: property 6'000 m2 (fenced), swimming pool fenced (8 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.). Outdoor shower, parking at the house. Shop 7 km, grocery 3 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 1 km, railway station "Totana" 7 km, sandy beach 35 km. Golf course 30 km, walking paths from the house, cycle lane 20 m. Hiking paths: Sierra de Espuña 500 m, AR El Grifo 20 m. The house has a moorish oven and a gas barbecue in the garden.

It is located in a unique secluded spot from which you can take routes on foot or by bicycle. From the outside, the views, swimming pool, garden, gas barbecue and Moorish oven (although it did not work) stand out. The interior stays spacious, kitchen equipped with pots and pans, which we had to clean before use. To improve: The general cleaning of the house. The way out of the farm on a slope with gravel and earth. Internet speed with WiFi.

We really enjoyed our two weeks in this house with good amenities, the chirping crickets and cooling off by the pool. We were kindly received and well shown around by the owner. We have made beautiful walks in the area and beautiful trips to the beautiful cities of Cartagena, Lorca and Caravaca de la Cruz and the beautiful beach of Puerto de Mazarrón. In short, we enjoyed our holiday here and were able to relax well.
