Stay Wild isn’t the most inspiring home in our Madrid Collection. The decoration is a bit on the generic side and we’re definitely not ecstatic about the fake plants. All of this can be forgiven though, with its location just moments from Plaza Mayor. The balconies offer views onto Calle Mayor and even a glimpse of Casa de Campos. This makes it ideal for those in search of a functional base to explore the city.

* This home can accommodate up to six guests, but guests 5 and 6 will be sleeping on a sofa bed in the communal area
* We’re not the biggest fan of the enclosed kitchen with no natural light
* This home doesn’t have an oven – avid cooks may want to look elsewhere
* Due to its central location, it can get pretty noisy with the windows open
