Here's something you don't see in many city apartments: a huge cloakroom, complete with all the wardrobes you could possibly need – particularly useful if you're planning a long stay. But although it's unusual, it's not the storage space that makes this delightful home stand out from the crowd.

Designed with great attention to detail, it's a comfortable, relaxed and stylish place for up to five guests. Set in a traditional building, with the usual high ceilings, tall windows and Juliet balconies, the cool tones of pale green and white give it a fresh look, and we particularly love the use of wood panelling and the enormous round mirror bouncing light around the dining area. Snuggle on the sofa, play some tunes on the record player or enjoy a relaxed meal and a couple of glasses of wine at the table.

More residential than some of the city's other districts, there's still plenty to do nearby, with great bars and restaurants. And your home is just a few minutes' walk from the nearest Metro station, so it's easy as pie to get around.
