Neat, spacious house. The garage is plenty big enough, but the entrance and exit are very tight for a large car. Unfortunately, there's no air conditioning (I didn't read it properly), but fans are available. The top floor, with a double bed, has no shutters, so it's blindingly bright and incredibly warm. The patio furniture is a bit sparse. Each of the two patios has a table with only four chairs, and the quality isn't very sturdy. Despite some inconveniences, it's a nice house, and with public transport nearby, you can get everywhere quickly.

The house is on the outskirts of town in a quiet location, with a view of the sea in the middle of a terraced housing development. The house has 4 bedrooms for 7 people, some with balconies. The terrace in the living room is very small, no air conditioning. The proximity to the beach is great and can be reached in a few minutes on foot through a tunnel. The town offers nice, cozy restaurants and bars, good and nearby shopping opportunities for groceries (150m), museums and a few small shops to stroll around. The train station is about 800m away.
