Outdoor shower, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Stepped path (20 steps) to the house. Single garage, public parking on the road. Shop 1.5 km, supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bakery 1.5 km. Sports harbour 2 km, golf course 26 km, minigolf 2 km. Beautiful house, but few amenities. They want you to clean everything, but you only have 1 worn-out brush and a couple of mop. The road to the villa is also very weird. Always drive via Carrer Portugal.

We were generally satisfied with the holiday home. However, there are shortcomings that should be remedied. For example, the water pressure is too low throughout the house. The equipment in the kitchen is poor. More cooking utensils of better quality should be available for this great object. Upon arrival at the house, a starter package should be handed over, which includes garbage bags, washing-up liquid and cleaning agents. I'm looking forward to a vacation at Palmbeach.

Villa amazing, modern and clean with great pool area. Air conditioning was a welcomed blessing. Lively town approx 20 minute walk away. Only downside was having a very long steep hill to walk back up! Plenty of taxis though. The holiday letting agents were extremely helpful. Fully recommend!

Pretty hard to find, difficult terrain, impossible to walk into town. The ascent angle from the gate by car to the stable "almost impossible" about 45 degrees and a tight bend to the door. The apartment is a simplified "empty" clean and architecturally good and corresponded to 4 stars. Good sea views. The pool is OK though the water is of course ice cold. Wi-Fi worked - the TV satellite channels were awkward behind the Scart connector - with old software but 150 found most of the encrypted. Overall a good holiday and an apartment with all the little reservations good. However, in the section Would you recommend an apartment to friends, I will not, because that money has been used for more in the past.
