Last year I was: - I reported the closure of the very dangerous sharp shutter on the floor and the toilet cistern is leaking water and pieces are coming out: they have not fixed it - only one set of sheets per bed, before two - There was a good Italian coffee maker, now one with rotten rubber and mold inside - minor kitchen utensils - shower suddenly changes cold/hot water - washing machine sometimes jumps when starting the spin cycle and does not do it - I had to ask for a single mattress: the ones there are unusable - needs paint

Comfortable and well-equipped apartment. Great pool.

Very welcoming and very responsive staff. I recommend.
