New kitchen but: only 1 socket, broken coffee maker, non-functional hood, chopped and dirty cutting board, no toaster or kettle Air conditioning does not work!!!! Broken balcony furniture: 4 cracked chairs, broken armchairs, be careful, you can walk through, dangerous! Rusty bathroom faucet: almost impossible to turn the shower faucet, you cannot adjust the water temperature No lock for the parking, anyone can take your place Etc.

Thanks to the owner for the new top kitchen equipment with the installation of an oven. However, it is advisable to check the connection of the hood which did not work. Check the drain of the sink which was blocked we had to put a bottle of drain cleaner; change the broken brush. A vacuum cleaner would be more functional. To improve comfort in the room a small air conditioner and double glazing would be necessary.

Correct rental, just a small problem with the parking spaces which are too narrow to get out of your car. The insulation of the double-glazed windows should be reviewed because the street is very noisy. For the rest, very good rental.
