The apartment smells bad, the air conditioning works erratically, and the kitchenette clearly lacks the bare minimum for proper cooking. There are practically only vacationers in the residence, so you have to put up with neighbors who like to party. The partitions are finished, so you can hear what's going on at the neighbors'.
