Very clean , well appointed apartment , very centrally located, with the most amazing views, looking over the harbour and the beach. Limited air con hence just a 'good' rating, although there were fans in 2 bedrooms. The apartment block itself is immaculate. Because of the location, there is some road/crowd noise at times, however it didn't bother us and we had an amazing holiday.

Despite the problem with the kitchen fridge door and the bathroom which smelled strongly of sewers, great apartment with sea view and direct access to the city center.

Very small box and not easy to access with a minivan. Cleaning done approximately. Lots of worn and patched up furniture. Some kitchen utensils in a questionable state... Building quite noisy from 9am to 2/3am, not to mention the noise from the street, the restaurant sound systems, and drunk tourists leaving the bars... Impossible to rest for a week. The only positive point is the view and direct access to the sea. We left 1 day before....
