We absolutely love this house and have been coming back for the past three years. Before the last season, the kitchen was renovated and blackout curtains were added in the dining room, which made a big difference. A large parasol was also added to the terrace — a great improvement! All these updates are just the icing on the cake, because nothing can compete with the breathtaking, panoramic view over Roses and the bay. Worth every penny!

villa with 2 bedrooms and not 3. The kitchen is too small and not very functional. Very small toilet, nose on the shower cubicle. A single deckchair in poor condition and a torn parasol. The terrace with a view of the sea deserves 2 deckchairs in good condition for a couple (and this taking into account the surface area of the terrace) and a good quality parasol; but we had a very good stay.

The house is good and has a magnificent view of roses. The only negative thing is the shower which clogs very easily and the running water which smells a bit musty.
