The sofa is dirty and poorly maintained, the dining room table is poorly preserved from the varnish and dirty, one of the chairs is broken and the others are lame, the refrigerator makes a lot of noise from the motor and at night the noise bothers the door with rust and dirty, a broken drawer.

Apartment not exactly suitable for receiving families, old and uncomfortable sofa, the apartment has a washing machine but does not have a place or element to hang towels, the closets do not have a shelf for clothes, the main bathroom has no ventilation and is very noisy with the kitchen of the hotel across the street .
