noisy from the hotel across the street, every noise in it can be heard by the residents above, the door squeaks, water is running in the fridge below

Good beds and garden furniture. Bathroom and toilet facilities fantastic. Living room sober but sufficient. Kitchen also sober but sufficient. Maintenance should be a point of attention. The location opposite the hotel seems to be a problem for others due to noise. We have not experienced this as such, for four years now. Parking remains a hot item. Once you have secured a spot on your own spots, leave the car behind.
