Grocery, supermarket 700 m, restaurant, bar, café 200 m, sandy beach "Roses" 1 km, indoor swimming pool 1.5 km, swimming bay 3 km. Sports harbour 2 km, golf course 12 km. Nearby attractions: Parque acuático Aquabrava Roses 4 km, Skydive y túnel del viento Empuriabrava 9 km, Cadaqués 15 km, Museo Dalí Figueres 22 km, Castillo y casino de Perelada 22 km, Monasterio de Sant Pere de Rodes 21 km. Spacious apartment, very comfortable with excellent views. Well equipped except that there was no soap in the bathrooms, there was no measure of soap for the washing machine, there was no dish towel in the kitchen.

We had a very nice carefree holiday. Communication went smoothly. Apartment more than lived up to the description. Super view. Tennis court and swimming pool were also top notch. Nice to see the children playing sports from the terrace. Just great.

This building is extremely tired. The furniture is old and in poor condition. The bed is nasty ...... 80s internet, TV, vacuum cleaner, really poor kitchen equipment. No dishwasher. However ...... The square meters are fantastic and the view is amazing and the apartment was clean Please take a trip to ikea, replace the beds, buy a decent TV and replace all the equipment from the kitchen.

Unfortunately the pool was way too cold. No fully automatic coffee machine or capsule machine available.

As described - spacious and bright. Small residence on the heights with a beautiful view of the port. Close to the center but quiet area (in May - the hotel next door was closed). Popular tennis, cool but open swimming pool. Too bad he didn't have a room with a double bed. A sponge and a garbage bag would have been appreciated!

The view over the bay of Rosas in a quiet area is the attraction of this residence. However, it is a pity that the furniture is not renewed ... The photographs do not exactly reflect the condition of the apartment.

We had a wonderful holiday in this holiday home. The view is so beautiful. The space in the apartment is wonderfully large. We swam wonderfully in a regularly cleaned pool. The apartment is quite clean. With the washing machine you can wash your own clothes and the towels of the apartment. Enough cleaning products and toilet paper in the apartment. Roses center harbor sea and beach are easy to reach from this apartment. By car and possibly also on foot.

Very large accommodation, very decent pool, tennis court too. On the other hand poorly soundproofed ... And very painful when the children on the floor above do not stop running ... at the time of naps or at 11 p.m. ... Otherwise very beautiful view
