So this apartment is very paradoxical...on the positive side...a magical view...a large balcony, a recent kitchen...Negative Points: unbearable humid heat despite the fans and open windows...bathroom without windows and ineffective VMC...a horror...Orange juicer broken...salad spinner the same, old electric coffee maker, no espresso, in short, at this price, equipment is a bit more high-end would be normal, as well as air conditioning...at more than 1200 euros / week.

Top location! Very noisy indeed but location, view makes up for everything. Here and there some cleaning material insufficient and a poorly functioning bathroom (sink) tap. Pleasant, nice reception at your location there!

The offer says there is a lift but it does not say that it stops every 2nd floor. Terrace furniture is not suitable for use. Generally dirty. For such a price, a guest expects comfort in a clean apartment and there is as much sand as on the beach. One positive thing is the location is great and the kitchen is well equipped, no kettle for water

Beautiful apartment with a magnificent view of the sea and beach. It's just a shame about the work around the residence. We were woken up at 8am. The noise on the balcony side lasted until late afternoon.

Neat and clean apartment. The views from the terrace are beautiful. There is a small beach right in front and the bigger one 5 minutes walk away. I would definitely recommend this apartment, although not for people with mobility problems. It didn't matter to us, but I must say that although there is an elevator, curiously it doesn't stop on the third floor, which is where the apartment is.
