Private: property 800 m2, swimming pool angular (6 x 3 m, depth 100 - 160 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 31.Oct.). Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: washing machine. Stepped path (50 steps) to the house. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Shop 3 km, grocery 3 km, supermarket 3 km, bakery 3 km, bus stop 100 m, sandy beach "Lloret de Mar" 5 km. Golf course 8 km. House itself okay. Take into account very dangerous stairs along which you have to carry your heavy suitcases and luggage. Swimming pool smaller than expected, many tiles loose or missing in the pool. Also on the bottom a lot of white sand in the pool, this was not removed during the weekly maintenance. Patio umbrella was already damaged when we arrived, YET WE had to reimburse this umbrella!!!! Report any deffect and small details to the owner on arrival or you will be responsible for the costs.

Accommodation was clean and spacious but having to walk to the end of a long road to put out the bins is annoying and unnecessary. The pool is nice and clean but freezing! You definitely need a car if you stay here as your not even close to the main road or bus stops. Property is very secure security wise and the views from the outside area are amazing. Outdoor area is lovely and the best feature of the property. Communication is quite poor, no one checked in on us during our stay

Magnificent Villa, modern, spacious, very well equipped. Away from the evening crowds at the LLORET del MAr Center (15mn by car), quiet in a magnificent residential area on the heights of LLOREt with a view of the worm, but close to all amenities. I recommend without hesitation.

Great, very spacious house, good beds and good showers. Nothing wrong with that in itself. An important point is that accessibility for the elderly and people with walking difficulties is very poor. From the 'private' parking space, two flights of stairs (in total 30 steps) have to be conquered to get into the house. that is a heavy job with suitcases (and the groceries) and if you have difficulty walking, that is not possible.
