Very modern, cosy, comfortable house "Emballia". On the outskirts, 10 km from the centre of lloret de Mar, in a sunny position, 10 km from the sea, 10 km from the beach. Private: natural garden, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 170 - 100 cm, seasonal availability: 06.Apr. - 18.Oct.). Outdoor shower, patio, terrace (200 m2), garden furniture. In the house: washing machine. Public parking on the road. Shop 10 km, supermarket 10 km, restaurant 10 km, bar 3 km, bakery 3 km. Nearby attractions: Waterworld 9 km, Marinland Blanes 18 km, Pueblo medieval de Tossa de mar 21 km. Please note: car recommended. Suitable for families. The owner does not accept any groups. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

The truth is that it has been a great stay. The place is super quiet and beautiful. The house is very well equipped. The only "but" is that there was no hot water in the showers. Good thing it wasn't cold. I recommend the property. We hope to be back soon.

The house is beautiful and has everything you need to have a good vacation. The only thing I didn't like was the refrigerator that only works the bottom part, the top one does not freeze anything .... !!!! They should change it ... !!! Also that they left me a gas tank for hot water and forgot the one in the kitchen so I had to change it every time it was used and it was one ... !!! The rest very happy.

Very good house, with good facilities. The only downside, the bathroom closet. Otherwise everything is great.

Contrary to what is described and shown in the pictures, the house has no air conditioning. This was dismantled! Accordingly, the nights were very hot and not relaxing! In addition, many things in the house are damaged or simply worn out overall. The large pool and the terrace with a grill station were positive. However, this could not be used at lunchtime, as there is no shade and the sunshade on site is also broken.

Good and quiet location, nice view. House as itself not bad- good furniture, kitchen and nice outside pool. But some important things were not fixed and prepared before our arrival: air conditioning did not operate right, dishwashing machine was broken, first three days there was no hot water until the man came and fixed the gaz. I could recommend this property only if everything would be checked and serviced on time.
