Lots of wear and tear (double bed, bathroom furniture), lots of broken (lamps and some had no bulbs screwed in), ceiling fan, tap, 2 toilets, power outlet, bottom drawer dishwasher, window that could not close and too few cups/mugs available. We bought cups ourselves. The kitchen table is suitable for max. 8 people, not for 10.
