Despite the beautiful panorama and the quiet location, we have to give a bad rating. The house urgently needs to be renovated, the kitchen is worn, doors that hang slant, cabinets bottoms sag, greenhouses that look dirty. Bathroom looks dirty. The sink drain is leaking, tap is leaking. Bedroom cabinets look dirty and need a lick of paint. Garden chairs 1 was broken the other showed cracks. The furniture old and worn. Walls need a lick of paint. Front door jams.

Very dirty, musty smell in the closets, hung our clothes on the bunk bed. Parasol stand available but unfortunately no parasol. Small everyday items such as wine glasses and bread knives were also missing. It is also a shame that there are no mosquito nets and maybe a small ventilator. Garden furniture not very much inviting to linger. Absolutely in need of renovation. We left 5 days earlier, what a shame for our vacation.

The living room and one bedroom lead onto the terrace with a magnificent sea view. The apartment is functional although the furnishings are a bit dated. Located in a small building with 5 apartments we only had one neighbor during our stay. Access to the sea is not direct, you have to follow the footpath which passes just below the house to access either the beach or small coves.

Quiet location with a beautiful view of the sea, landscape and sunrise. Nice for relaxing and walking, walking, jogging. Good terrace location; both shade and sun available. Nearby pebble beach with a high proportion of dust. The following beaches are within walking distance and are better (dust pollution). Apartment: simple but fully equipped. Bathtub is in need of renewal. Living room and one bedroom facing the terrace, kitchen and second bedroom facing the entrance, without a view. Small table oven, microwave, large refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher and washing machine available. When you arrive, make sure that the reserve gas bottle (for hot water and cooking) is full.
