Nice apartment for 4, sufficient interior equipment, some furniture a little old, very large balcony, shame that there is an extra table which is useless, I would have preferred a small sunbathing area instead to relax during my vacation, not easy to juggle with the times of the tennis course to be reserved at the residence's restaurant, which is not open all day, that said, good vacation

Residence well equipped on paper. But air conditioning too old (only living room) not maintained ineffective, 11 days to get repair!! The problem is a disillusioned, unpleasant owner in conflict with the Interhome agency. Rotten communication for which we pay the costs! TO RUN AWAY!!

The rooms and the terrace are good. The view is very nice. The air conditioning practically doesn't work anymore and is in a desolate state! This has also been criticized in other reviews, but nothing has been done about it! It is also completely dirty and has probably never been cleaned! Since the air conditioning doesn't really work, the apartment got extremely hot. We left a day early because we couldn't sleep well in the heat.

Pros: The location is ideal. The apartment is fine, although a bit dated. The residence is well maintained, beautiful swimming pool Negative point: - the kitchen utensils are more than old-fashioned and rudimentary. - Also lacks a vacuum cleaner and cleaning materials. If we stay a week it's fine but 2 or more a vacuum cleaner would not be a luxury. - The staff of the restaurant located in the same residence are real concierges in the bad sense of the word.
