The apartment is well-appointed, pleasant to live in, and the rooftop terrace is a huge plus. A 5-minute walk from the beach, in a quiet cul-de-sac. Apart from the underpowered stovetop and the lack of non-perishable essentials (detergent, dishwasher liquid, salt, sugar, etc.), this apartment was really great! And as stated in the ad, the garage can only hold a very small car...
