It is the fourth time that we have rented this house as a family with children and we usually like it a lot but we have been very disappointed. The house has not been maintained and the cleaning was lacking. There were many broken and dangerous things (a glass table -the main one in the patio- was missing a screw and threatened to fall at any time) the air conditioning in the upstairs room did not work, there was no barbecue the first day and a half, the towel rack in the bathroom main fell and even more damage.

Perfect house to enjoy with family and friends. In good condition, equipped kitchen, sheets and towels as indicated, everything clean, perfect pool! Treatment both by phone and in the office very good, very attentive. I recommend it!

Riumar is a great place, with a fantastic and well-kept beach, near the mouth of the Ebro, ideal to go with small children, we had a mishap with the house pool, because of the rain, but they solved it quickly, the house is Fantastic, just to say that they should take care of their maintenance a little, there were lights without their ceiling, the door of one of the bathrooms brushed when opening and closing, and the curtain rod a little off the hook, but we had a great time, and enjoyed much

Beautiful location, clean house, fairly well maintained pool. On the other hand, lack of maintenance of the house. Lots of doors rubbing on the floor, poorly maintained exterior (grass, dirty exterior floor, broken lounge chair, dog poop on the side of the house ...)

Clean house and pool, great place to relax. I'm dealing with B. and his perfect brother, lacking that the one who opened the house to us had explained certain workings of things, vitro, tv, outdoor shower, keys ... I would recommend a coat of paint and improve the decoration. Overall Good.

Unfortunately, the house was not as the pictures promised. The grill didn't work either and in the kitchen there was only a coffee machine without a pot and a large pot with just one handle. All in all, the house has a lot of potential and the location is great, unfortunately it is not well maintained.
