Welcoming at the agency very well, pleasant person, precise in his explanations and listening with a smile. The inventory the person who came just as pleasant. Rental very well in general. Except air conditioning motor on the balcony and towards the garden furniture. Suddenly heat ++++ when the air conditioning is on.

The accommodation was very adequate and comfortable for three people, but the toilet chain did not work during our stay. They came to check it out but it still didn't work. The delivery of the keys was after 7 in the afternoon, which I consider very late, since we had to modify plans that we had. I called a few days before arriving at the accommodation and they informed me that they would be available at 4 in the afternoon, but they were not. Wi-Fi didn't work very well one day either and there was poor coverage.
