The house is perfect for an ideal vacation, nothing is missing. Large swimming pool with no vis-à-vis, outdoor games for the children which were appreciated. Air conditioning in all rooms, pleasant when over 40° outside, very comfortable bedding. Clear explanations provided by J., as well as a welcome booklet with all the information relating to the house (home automation, alarms, etc.). We had a great week with friends and will definitely come back.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay and would book again anytime. The accommodation matched the description exactly – everything was very clean, well-maintained, and lovingly furnished. You can tell that attention to quality and details is evident here. The location was also perfect: quiet, yet central enough to easily reach everything – whether excursions, restaurants, or shopping. The house itself was superbly equipped; we didn't miss a thing.

The Avets holiday home in Calonge impresses with its modern amenities, large pool, and cleanliness. The landlord is very friendly and always available. The beach and various shops are a 10-minute drive away. The beautiful town of Palamòs offers everything you need.

The house is very nice. It is located on the mountain and is quiet, but also remote. You need a car. But everything you need was there: enough towels, bath mats, soap & hair dryer in all bathrooms, tea towels, pump for pool accessories, etc. Great pool! We (2 families, 8 people) felt very comfortable. We were able to charge our 2 electric cars at the house for a fee (tip: bring an extension cable). The landlord is also very friendly. We would come back in a heartbeat!

Very comfortable house. It lacks nothing, absolutely nothing! All rooms are air-conditioned, there are three luxurious bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. A very large, clean pool (the pool boy was there twice a week) has a separate area for small children. Artificial grass surrounds the pool. A play area with a kitchen and trampoline for the children, and a ping-pong table for the rest of the family. The landlord is always very pleasant to deal with. I would book again anytime.

Fantastic, well-designed house with a wonderful pool and enough space for 10 people. There's something for all generations. Our expectations were exceeded! The owners were very friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything! All in all, excellent!

The photos and description speak for themselves! Huize Avets is a wonderful holiday home, equipped with all modern conveniences. All living and sleeping areas are air-conditioned. There's also excellent Wi-Fi. The focal point is the swimming pool with its adjacent garden and terrace. It's located just outside Calonge, in a quiet area with stunning views. The beach and coastal towns are just a few kilometers away. Barcelona and Girona are also within easy reach. All in all: a wonderful holiday home.

This villa is really perfect in terms of space and decor. Very modern and very nice stay. Air conditioning super and you can close everything well with shutters. Alarm system is nice and the house and pool has many spaces. Kitchen well equipped for up to 10 people. The location is in the mountains near Callogne - Platja d'Aro is 3.5 km away. Palamos also nice and easily accessible. Cozy and delicious eating out. The way home is the 1st time to find and get used to it, but then fine to do. Highly recommended

Very new house with all kinds of comforts in a quiet urbanization. The house in general is very comfortable, but especially the terrace area with access from the kitchen and living room through large windows. The pool is beautiful and of an ideal size, with details such as a shower with hot water. Totally recommended to spend a few quiet days. Access to Platja D'aro is quick once you get there, but it must be done by car, due to the distance and the unevenness of the climb.

Spacious property that is well thought out in every respect, in which 12 people definitely have enough space available. We were in the best holiday mood with 10 people for 7 nights and still felt like we were in our own house. We can highly recommend this villa to everyone.
