Rustle up a plate of paella in the sleek metro-tiled kitchen – complete with a sociable breakfast bar to come together for a glass of Barolo. Better still, enjoy alfresco dining out on your private terrace with painted brick walls and garden furniture. As for El Poblenou, it's a residential, quiet neighbourhood without the city noise – and yet under a twenty-minute wander from the iconic La Sagrada Familia.
