This rustic and cosy Spanish apartment, within walking distance of the stretching sands of Barceloneta Beach, is a sun lover's dream. The drop-your-bags-and-go coastal location is the main draw here, but we also love the suntrap rooftop terrace, where alfresco meals and sunset drinks will go down a treat. A laptop-friendly desk is a plus for anyone needing to jump on the occasional Zoom call, and though none of the rooms are overly large, everything is spacious enough and comfortable for four. Besides, surrounded by cafes, museums and landmarks, you probably won't be spending much time inside anyway.
