This apartment is a superb base in Barcelona. It’s in the vibrant La Dreta de l’Eixample neighbourhood, where you’ll find Gaudi-inspired architecture. There are plenty of bars, restaurants and shops nearby, so after a day spent sightseeing you can chill out with a glass of cava and a plate of bocadilla del dia. The apartment is cosy and comfortable, with all the modern amenities you might need during your stay – though only one bedroom and the living room have air conditioning. For such an attractive and laid-back base in the heart of the city, we can forgive a couple of warm nights though.
