Eixample Dret Sagrada Familia

Wonderful location, perfect neighborhood. The apartment itself was functional, but quite dated. For the price and location, it's hard to beat, but the beds really sucked. I'm not sure why the landlord wouldn't invest a couple of bucks in decent beds. Loved the neighborhood. Barcelona is an extraordinary city.

The apartment is fantastically located, less than a 5-minute walk from the Sagrada Familia. The shared roof terrace is wonderful for enjoying a morning coffee. Unfortunately, the shower faucet wasn't working properly, and the washing machine was also a challenge to use. The owner was very helpful and available via WhatsApp. Highly recommended for a visit to Barcelona, with a very quiet air conditioner.

The apartment on the 7th floor was not accessible via the broken elevator. We had to climb 121 steps to the apartment with luggage. A chair collapsed under us in the apartment because our mother was missing. The elevator was repaired on the evening of the 3rd day. Otherwise we were satisfied.

This little apartment is great for a short stay for two. It was wonderful to be close to la Sagrada Familia and see it every day of our time in Barcelona.

We enjoyed the apartment. clean and well equipped. (family 3 people.) it was quiet, the only downside is the lack of view to the outside, only a small window in a courtyard. welcome from the person who manages it. very good stay. Close to the sagrada familia, practical area. attention no access to the terrace as seen in the photo. therefore no view of the sagrada familia from the apartment otherwise very good. the internet did not work during the stay.

A very enjoyable stay, a place a bit away from most tourist attractions, which allows you to commune with the local cuisine.

The location of the apartment was really good. Everything worked well in the apartment and the reception was friendly and gave good guidance for a visit to Barcelona.

Apartment clean and well equipped but which suffers from a total lack of soundproofing. Whoever sleeps on the sofa bed is awakened by the inhabitants of the building who get up very early.

Especially the location; near the Sagrada Familia and a metro station is fine. Apartment is small but sufficient for 2 people. All equipment worked and not outdated. Neat and clean. Shower cubicle is very small. We had a good stay.

Aparthotel well located, clean, efficient equipment despite the lack of access to a clothes horse since the owner has installed a washing machine and an iron and ironing board. Hair dryer provided. Next to very small supermarkets. The owner is lovely.
