When every inch of a house is this curated and beautiful, it's hard to say we 'tested' it –the beginning of our experience with Carbon Fibre was more of a joyful exploration of the designer furniture, characterful art and the building's luxurious facilities. Of course, this living arrangement is close to an aparthotel than a private home, so there's a limit to how characterful it feels. However, the natural light is amazing and we couldn't wait to test the perks of staying here – we recommend you start by the pool.
Home truths: * Although the metro will get you to Eixample quickly, Sarrià isn't super central
* The third bedroom doesn't have a lot of storage space
* As the second bedroom is quite small, there's only space for a bedside table on one side
* Pets are allowed – get in touch if you have any concerns about allergies
* The only parking in the area is public, and therefore payable
