The apartment is nice, but I still blame it for more or less hiding the proximity to the cement factory which spoils this postcard look a bit. Several small defects, extractor fan that doesn't work, closing the bathroom door doesn't work, lack of clothes dryer, grid for draining dishes completely rusty, only 1 fan for 2 bedrooms.
