House "La Joya", 2 storeys. Outside the resort, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 2 km from the sea, in a cul-de-sac. Private: pergola (6 m2), single garage. Shop, grocery 200 m, restaurant 400 m, railway station 300 m, sandy beach 2 km. Golf course 3 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

House very well equipped, very clean, beautiful rear terrace. Only downside, the noise of the nearby railway but small inconvenience compared to the advantages. Perfect welcome.

Everything has been good, the reception person very friendly. A suggestion for improvement is to put a railing on the first flight of stairs to access the upper bedrooms to avoid the risk of falling, especially of small children. Good quality / price ratio. The house is fine, I suggest you have more bath towels. It would be convenient to check the condition of the washing machine, because it did not spin well. The house equipped with all the means to spend pleasant days on the beach.

The house was fine, spacious for the eight people we stayed in. I found it a bit neglected in cleaning and we miss some utensil in the kitchen utensils, towels and bedding. I would say that the disinfection by reason of the null covid.

We were two families with children from 6 to 11 years old and it has been a success to take this house. the owners very friendly and welcoming, without problems for the collection and delivery of keys. All well equipped. Near Santander with access by highway.
