Nice, clean, and spacious apartment with a large balcony and fantastic views of the harbor and beach. Everything is within walking distance, and because you're situated high up, there's relatively little outside noise. Any issues we encountered were resolved quickly and professionally, except for the hot water in the shower. It constantly fluctuated from hot to cold and wasn't easily adjustable, meaning we had to shower briefly with the tap constantly turning on and off. The mattress for the double bed was much too firm; single mattresses were fine.

Great spot to enjoy the Ironman activities and port activity. The apartment was well appointed and quite in the evenings.

What we particularly liked about the apartment was its great location and the view of the harbor, the sea and the beach from the balcony on the 5th floor. You are right in the middle of the action. The apartment is very spacious.

We were very satisfied. The location is simply top notch! The apartment is large and renovated. In the immediate vicinity you can find everything your heart desires. The cooling could be stronger, as the climate in Alcudia is very warm!

Great location with small children. Apartment Top. Wonderful view. However, you have to be aware that it can get noisy because the apartment is located in the main square of the village. So e.g. Fairground in front of the house with bouncy castles and music.
