Charming house with sea views but in need of renovation.

The villa is basically very nice and also very well located but unfortunately also in need of renovation. Commodities are partly defective (umbrellas, mattresses (spring core), mosquito nets), furnishings are outdated (kitchen, bathrooms)

What a lovely villa if somewhat slightly dated, but this only adds to the charm and character of the place. Absolutely fantastic location with views to die for, very secluded, perfect to completely relax and unwind - also a wonderful infinity pool to dip in and out whenever you feel like it. Lovely restaurant nearby also with fantastic views as you eat. Definitely recommend.

The house is very quiet. The pool and the house were tip top. The nearby XXX restaurant is highly recommended. We have recovered wonderfully. Only the goats came to visit.
