Unfortunately, the apartment had neither been aired nor heated prior to handover. The beds were damp and cold, and sleep was almost impossible the first night. We could barely get the towels dry after the first use (unfortunately, we didn't ask for a replacement). Wi-Fi was only available in the entrance area and was unstable, and the general furnishings were very cluttered and some of them hadn't been cleaned. The key handover and checkout went very smoothly.
