Set high in the Tramuntana foothills, the views are the star of the show at this secluded Mallorcan villa, stretching across the island’s central plain to distant mountain ranges. You’ll have your pick of terraces to enjoy them from, but the outdoor dining area is a highlight – especially when paired with a private chef (your host can help arrange this). It’s easy to see why you’d want to stay put, but if you can tear yourself away from the pool, Palma, Valldemossa, Deià and Alcudia are all within straightforward reach by car. A rare balance of rural privacy and island-wide access.
