If you're new to Seville, the central location of this recently renovated apartment puts you right in the thick of things, but the best thing is that this prime position doesn't come with a trade-off in terms of the home's quality.

The design is deliciously contemporary, with the wooden floors and white walls making for a classy backdrop against which the abstract artwork and minimalist kitchen really stand out.
