With a prime location for exploring the city, it serves as a convenient base for a small family or group of friends. Although there are plenty of restaurants and bars in the local area, the home's open-plan kitchen and living area provides a sociable setting for hosting your own dinner soirées too. It's worth noting, however, that while the balcony opens the space out to ambient views of the city, there isn't enough space to sit outside.
