A very nice apartment. With all the amenities. Well located; close to the beach, supermarkets, pharmacy, lottery, cafeteria, restaurants, health center (emergency), PLAZA shopping center, Thursday market... everything is within easy reach. Garage with a large and comfortable space. The kitchen is well equipped... air conditioning and fans in all rooms, and a good full bathroom. Very large terrace with pool views. Bright apartment. Elevator to the garage... a 10, highly recommended.
