Torreblanca: Large, child friendly, rustic house "Salto del monte". 2 km from the centre of Fuengirola, in a quiet position on top of a hill, 1.5 km from the sea, 1.5 km from the beach, located by a road. Private: property 800 m2 (fenced), garden wildlife garden and flowers, swimming pool (8 x 3 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Pool house with fridge and shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue house, parking at the house. Shop 1 km, shopping centre 5 km, restaurant 200 m, sandy beach 1.5 km. Sports harbour 3 km, golf course 5 km, tennis 2 km, children's playground 2 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. Youth groups not permitted.

Stayed for a week in july with family of five. The villa was very tidy and clean and interior was as expected by the pictures. We had few disappointments, but biggest prob was that there was A LOT of ants. Especially in the kitchen. We couldn’t leave any food on the kitchen tables, everything had to be ”hidden”. Also all the dishes had to be washed immediately to avoid the ants. There were ants also in the bedrooms and in showers. Since there were ant-traps, the problem was known by the owner.

Everything was fine: the house, the location on a top of a hill, the very well maintained pool and garden. We really loved it. It could have ideal if there was a proper parking spot or if the acess to the garage was granted to guests.

Spacious, well equipped Villa with stunning view and lovely sheltered pool area. Decor a little dated, but it adds to the charm and feel. Immaculately clean too
