We arrived and found the house dirty. There were cobwebs in several rooms, and the facilities were in poor condition. The person who helped us tried to fix it, but the first impression was very negative and poorly maintained. The refrigerator was disconnected and took several hours to cool. The keys don't open all the doors you need, and you have to leave the complex to throw out the trash or access the parking lot. There was also a very annoying neighbor who prevented us from using the terrace.

We enjoyed very much our stay at Marbella Real Gardens. The flat was very spacious and well equipped. The location was amazing....walk to everything. The property grounds were incredible. We would absolutely stay here again! Thank you -
