This is a very bright and pleasant apartment. Easily accessible from the A7 motorway and just a few minutes' drive from Puerto Banús. The quiet neighborhood has a large communal area, a parking space in front of the elevator, and a renovated basement. The terrace is wonderful, and the entire apartment is well-equipped. Perfect for a couple or for a business trip.

The host was very accommodating with our late arrival. The apartment is comfortably furnished with a very comfortable bed and great blackout blinds (we slept well!), well equipped kitchen and plentiful hot water. Lovely large balcony that gets the morning sun. Although close to the road the apartment is very quiet at night. There is a mini supermarket 'Super Banus' 10 mins walk away. We loved the Saturday market (15 mins walk) and the main town and beach are within walking distance too.
