It is the second time we have rented this apartment and it is very good, but it could use some updating. A bit of a musty smell in the bathroom after the shower and the terrace and outside furniture has seen better days, a bit of sanding to come back as super fine.

The urb and the apartment are excellent. Spacious apartment with all the amenities that the marketing company describes. Very important fixed garage (parking), covered and meters from the entrance portal. Very nice balcony terrace that looks towards the center of the urb where the park and pools are, although you can also see the sea to the right and the mountains to the left Very close to the beach and the beginning of the beautiful coastal walk, surrounded by supermarkets and shops.
