I agree with ML's review, and it's very accurate. In short, it's a beautiful, clean, and quietly located villa. Unfortunately, it doesn't have air conditioning. The indoor temperature during peak season is 28 degrees Celsius, so you have to keep everything closed and open the shutters. At night, you can cool it down a degree by opening everything, but then you'll sleep feeling unsafe because anyone can just walk in. Lowering the shutters means a warm night of 28 degrees. A bit incomprehensible.

"The house is beautiful. Its architecture is related to the Bauhaus, it stands on a spacious plot and stands out from the area with its new white/blue paint job. Unique! The shady and airy marble terrace with access to the pool, shower, toilet and garden is a dream. The kitchen in blue/purple is functional and offers a lot of space. I would have particularly liked the gas stove here. The two bedrooms are spacious and minimalist, which I really liked.

‘We were disappointed that the pool wasn't usable for the 1st 14 days of our 30 day stay but that was our fault for for overlooking the information about it's availability. We assumed wrongly that if we booked a villa with a pool that's what we would get. Beware and check this out. More disappointed by the dilapidated state of the inside the villa caused by an earthquake in late December 2022 about which we were not informed. Very big unsightly cracks in all areas. Would we go again... NO

We highly recommend the house. It met all our expectations, provided us with a lot of privacy and freedom. Very good access to the beach. Unique swimming pool, huge functional rooms. We highly recommend. Description consistent with the facts. The house is very clean and tidy.

The house is perfectly adapted for 4 people. Clean and cozy. The excellent pool. The furniture in perfect condition. Perhaps I would have liked it to have had a barbecue... The setting was a bit isolated but super quiet, although on Saturday in the distance music could be heard from a nearby venue... I would return...

The house is great, very cool and comfortable. The super equipped kitchen! The only downside I would put it is that it is not fenced so if you go with children or dogs you have to be careful that they do not go towards the road behind ... Otherwise everything is perfect, to repeat!

15 days of off-season vacation in a most pleasant house! the pool is a delight with a magnificent view. The kitchen is ultra functional when you like to cook (or not), the rooms are much nicer than they appear in the photos. An indisputable value for money! The village of Mojacar is the place to see around (Mojacar beach is more tasteless) Almeria is not really worth the detour! A big thank you to C. for his kindness and discretion

The house is as seen in the photos, above all, it highlights the tranquility and especially the privacy. We don't need anything that the house didn't have. But we do want to comment that inside the house it is very hot, we told the manager and she did not solve the situation, she did not even buy another fan or "penguin", since the one there is is clearly insufficient, in our view this remains comfort to stay. Hopefully the Property will reconsider.

Absolutely quiet place with breathtaking views of the Sierra de la Cabrera. Excellent place to travel as a couple or with another couple of friends. The superbly equipped kitchen, the very comfortable mattresses. The hot months are just right for people who like it. Me as a Spanish I really enjoyed myself. My French boyfriend got a little hot.
